Step forward with your left foot, crossing slightly in front of your right foot.

Continue pivoting on with your right foot, maintaining balance and control.
Stop at Three:
On the third count, stop with your left foot positioned at the top of the lane.
Pivot Back on Four:
Use the fourth count to pivot back in the opposite direction, initiating a smooth transition.
Step Back (Counts 5 through 8):
Step back with your right feet for 5, step back with your left foot for 6 and then step forward 7, and 8, or 7 and 8 in place. Moving smoothly to reset or transition into the next move.
