Do I need a separate account for each subdomain?

No. SteppersLife is designed around one shared account across the platform, so your login follows you between supported subdomains.

Where do I find tickets, class orders, or product orders after checkout?

Return to the portal where you made the purchase. Events uses My Tickets, classes show enrollment or course access, and stores/restaurants show order history.

Why does one portal look more complete than another?

Different parts of the platform are at different rollout stages. Even when a feature is still evolving, the page should still load cleanly and point you to the right next step.

How do I become a provider, instructor, vendor, or organizer?

Use the application or dashboard links inside the matching portal. Each business area has its own onboarding flow and review process.

What should I do if a page is not loading correctly?

Refresh once, try again in a private window, and then email support with the page URL and what you were trying to do. That gives us the fastest path to reproducing it.
